Space, community and religion

This started out as a reply to Lord K’s post here https://www.ezfka.com/2025/02/22/quis-custodiet-ipsos-custodes/#comment-71078. But since it ended up being an essay and since we need a new post, here it is.

We are all pretty upset about the theft of our country by hostile elites, but outrage is just a beginning. You can’t stay outraged. It’s really bad for you. I have been stuck for a while thinking about what to do in response to my own disgruntlement.

First problem: Space

The problem is the overcrowding that comes from urban living. Around 1875 fertility right across the industrialised west began falling. By 1930 it was barely above replacement. What turned it around was a massive house building program, enabled by private car ownership. People needed more space and it was within reach. Urban infill does not provide space, except in the minds of migrants fresh off the plane. Work from home could potentially create house construction booms in far flung places, but all the talk right now is of getting people back to the office.

Second problem: family and community

When people grow up a in large extended family living close by, they see the full cycle of life while young and so it doesn’t scare them when they get older. Babies are had early and more often. Deaths are sad, but are not a disaster. Communities are collections of families. They support one another.

Enduring communities are inescapably geographical. Relationships in general degrade with physical distance. Extended families and other social structures are undermined by a housing market that isolates people. Most people in Australia come from fractured and broken families, including migrants. So many people live alone.

Participating in family and community is a human need. Without our people we do not know who we are or what our purpose is.

Third problem: religion

If you want to build a community in Australia how will you do it? Who will you let it in? How will you keep out the social loafers?

You can’t build a community based on shared ancestry. Any further than 1st cousins is too weak a motivator. You have do it by shared values and yet while individuals have values, organised large groups of people do not since organisations are essentially machines. Claims that an organisation has ‘values’ are really an assertion of power by the leadership.

The historical solution is to outsource values to God. This has a lot of merit because it takes the values out of the hands of the leadership, though they try to claw them back through controlled religious institutions.

Anglo-european Australians cannot be united because they hate religion. This leaves them without community, which in turn leaves them hopeless (that doesn’t necessarily mean despondent BTW). They cannot organise to defend their people because without shared beliefs they don’t value one another except in the most superficial ways. They didn’t make enough people of their own because if you’re not part of a community, kids are too much work. They try to protect themselves from the fallout with money gained from rising asset prices, backed by mass migration.

If you want to fix Australia, IMO you need to build shared beliefs.

Perhaps we need a prophet, not a politician.

I would imagine those of us in professional jobs have seen the effect of bringing in 3rd worlders and having them rubber stamped as being good to go as equivalently qualified by our own money grabbing professional bodies.
Albanese latest trick is the equivalence of degrees from Indian unis to ours – did you see that?
When I did a fellowship in the UK in 2003-2005 I saw how these things would play out for the ordinary person.
I was the Australian middle grade surgeon who felt a bit sorry for the older Indian woman who would make out she was a senior doctor back in India but in the UK it was back to square one. So during a case I said she could put a laparoscopic keyhole port in – under my supervision. While my back was turned she whacked the port in without my permission – I told her to back the F off and looked at where it had gone in. It seemed low but on inspection there was nothing leaking out so I finished the op and decided no more generosity from me.
The next day I did my round and found the patient with a midline cut right up her whole abdomen. WTF? At the age of 23 a cut from pelvis to chest.

Turned out the patient had complained of pain a few hours after my op and was seen by the Swiss junior. If I had been called and told I’d have said “That dumb Indian women must have clipped the bladder with the port entry – so put in a bladder catheter for 5 days and she’ll be fine”
But the Swiss eurotrash called the Pakistani registrar who then called the Scottish boss who decided the Aussie must have screwed up and it was time to go in guns blazing. In Australia back then (and I like to think even now) I’d have defo been called and this would have never happened.
But this is how it goes.
Currently we have Indian nurses with no language skills where they passed a phone interview with great English. Obviously it was not them doing the interview. There used to be requirements for nurses coming here to be on probation for 6 months but no longer. Straight into it.
All over this country all our jobs are made harder to supervise these often dangerous people so politicians can virtue signal and please the globalists.
I hope I didn’t go off topic too much but it seemed relevant when I started this rant 🙂

robert2013

Thanks for sharing that. I bet they get hyper aggressive when their incompetence is called out. In many parts of government and other large institutions there is no attempt to manage the organisation systematically. Is there any process to manage and address your concerns? Do errors and near misses show up in audits?

Stewie

I was the Australian middle grade surgeon who felt a bit sorry for the older Indian woman who would make out she was a senior doctor back in India but in the UK it was back to square one. So during a case I said she could put a laparoscopic keyhole port in – under my supervision. While my back was turned she whacked the port in without my permission

Many such cases – I have a lot of medicos in the family and they have told me similar stories. They are arrogant and cannot be trusted the moment you take your eyes off them.

Henry Kissinger on Indians:

“They (Indians) are superb flatterers, Mr President. They are masters at flattery. They are masters at subtle flattery. That’s how they survived 600 years. They suck up – their great skill is to suck up to people in key positions.”

As a Jew I’m sure there would be no one more keenly attune to such behaviour than Kissinger, it takes one to know one, but never-the-less the criticism is valid.

bigduke6

Yeh – they are all highly trained specialists back home but when you actually see them in action its obvious they are clueless. I’ve met Indians, Russians, tons of Egyptians and plenty of others try and pull the same crap.
It just means more work for the others there.
In the UK I spent 25% of my time (this is true) explaining to patients what they had been told by the junior dr was wrong and undoing their shit.
Out here its about 10% but climbing.
Audits are my head on the block but really practically now its my scouts in theatre who are clueless and cant speak english so my proper nurse gets frustrated, it all takes much longer and while the chance of a complication is undoubtedly higher, its on my head so, hopefully not statistically significant.:)
All you can do is demand you don’t get lumbered with them week in week out and accept the job will get harder with more stupid phone calls at night etc.
Its also the ward care where its more work for the experienced nurses and possible delays in the diagnosis of complications. This leads to burn out and sick leave.
This is just my story and I’d be interested in hearing what its like in other jobs.
I’d imagine if/when it gets to heavy engineering or mining we are toast.

Albanese latest trick is the equivalence of degrees from Indian unis to ours – did you see that?

The way these Aussie diplomas are going, it soon may be that Indian unis, as they are now, may have actually passed some knowledge to someone.
Medicine or infact any knowledge is unpassable to someone who is not interested and it is vaccuumed otherwise. Those who want to excel are less and less and further inbetween. By a design. The industry will make most surgeons obsolete at the next stage of Automation Increment (the real name behind AI acronym) and with improvements only a few surgeons could run 20+ automated theatres at places like Northern Bitchiz Hospital or RNS.

To sum up, having a degree and a diploma are not an advantage in life any more. Particularly if the education goes Aussie Uni ways of “passing every Jackoff or Jilliterate”. Capitalism in its worst. Besides, work environment is adapting for “mick of one single action/step trade” types.

The90kwbeast

The evidence historically doesn’t support what you are saying however looking into the future I’d say it’s also incorrect. The trend is for everything to require a degree.

A fly in your ointment

Historical evidence has nothing to do with my arsessment. I purely focused on future.
.
Diploma and degree was still hard academic work just 20-30 yrs ago. Halfwits can now complete the curriculum without cheating. Most “academic” jobs can be replaced with cheap AI. Long way before robots do your plumbing or install that aircon

The90kwbeast

For now AI is just another productivity enhancing tool mostly. Over time that will accelerate but then we will just create more corporate admin jobs instead. Probably in HR, marketing, that kind of thing.

A fly in your ointment

Can’t have “increasing productivity ” and “more admin jobs” at the same time. It is “either/or” between then.
Computers of today already do much better HR, marketing or ‘that kind of thing’. It is already here and gaining momentum pending only more digitalisation of data about humans for near perfection.Deepshit AI of today can research the whole US history of court cases (to find a precedent) in time which 1000’s lawyers will be unable to do in several weeks… so if you wish, go and tell your kid it will be a good lasting career to be a lawyer (there will always be exceptions for special talent)

The90kwbeast

The various professional associations are all treasonous scum being run like for profits. They just want to grow their membership base and to do so that means bringing in increasing numbers of Indians and others. They should be run for the benefit of pre exisiting members but aren’t.

I feel as though so many organisations are run the same way. Exisiting customers are a cash cow to be milked for maximum profit not respected.

the arborist

Just like EZFKA and all the banks and telecoms etc offering better deals to new customers than existing ones. It’s a cancerous trend.

The90kwbeast

Yes it’s all about filling the top of the sales funnel and forgetting that exisiting customers can easily leave

In the case of the associations though that’s the issue unless you’re late career and don’t care to pay or renew your membership, they have you by the balls.

I hope these insurance companies hit these people in south-east Queensland where it hurts for their once in 100 years floods.

A Fly In Your Ointment

In Aus it only hurts if price of homes goes down.
.
All other pain has been rendered into a thick insular scar tissue and pain centres in brain have atrophied

Meant to finish of with a…

“Nope there is nothing they can do that will hurt”

Because every washed away home lost by a poor swimmer is an opportunity for an astute investor who swimms well in muddy waters to redevelop. Land comes now clear of any development – perfect to rezone and build more dense.

A Fly In Your Ointment

Robert,

I may or not may agree with what you wrote, but thanks for posting normal shyte.
That Dumbo character have dumbed down the intellectual discourse to a level where there is no further down, which appeals only to the less fortunate when it comes to cognitive abstraction.

Anyway, here’s what a (rare but) excellent Aussie woman has to say, not that many want to listen. “She’s a woman, dude, ewhhhh!”

https://www.caitlinjohnst.one/p/zionism-is-strangling-free-speech

Now that’s how one writes a critic without touching plain ole hatred and jewphobia like the common jew/poo/negroo/aboo/slope haters here do.

A fly in your ointment

I did nit expect many here to go past the spot that says anything good about muzzies, even if it pisses on Zionism.
And she’s a smart Aussie woman too…. so…

××××××

I have said it before and I will say it again: there is no greater threat to free speech in our society than Israel and the western governments who support it. Civil rights are being stomped out throughout the western world to shut down all criticism of Israel.

We’re now seeing escalations in western Zionism’s assault on civil rights on a daily basis. Pretty much every day I’m reading about at least one western government silencing criticism of Israel with some new authoritarian abuse. Zionism is the number one threat to free speech in our society.

What a fucking retarded post – I don’t know who this Cathrine chick is but she has her head almost as far up her own ass as you.

Muslims are not a threat to you.

Russia is not a threat to you.

China is not a threat to you.

Trans people are not a threat to you.

Immigrants are not a threat to you.

This is nothing more than a mantra most progressives repeat to themselve before going to sleep at night…. all of the above at threats to us.

Muslims want to compete with us, use our social capital to advance their social interests – at our expense.

Russia, China AND America are all a threat to us – all of them have their own geopolotical objectives and where ever they are contrary to our interests they are a threat – this is just stupid female emoting.

Trans people are a threat to us – they lobby to have their ideology spread and taught in schools and have done enormous harm to many confused children,

Immigrants are a threat to us – they are here for a short cut to a better life at our expenses. They compete with us for housing, jobs and our increasingly scarce social capital.

It doesn’t surprise me in the least that a nincompoop like yourself would read her public virtue signalling statement and think that you were reading something profound.

The90kwbeast

I’ve seen some of her posts before she’s staunchly anti USA and anri capitalist.

She’s correct in the general sense that it is ultimately powerful elites pulling strings everywhere but her opening comments are also incorrect.

She hasn’t worked out the examples she gave are actually harm inducing and not a harmless distraction.

Stewie

You can be anti-establishment all you want, but until you realise that virtually EVERY social policy our Govts are pushing are toxic for us and our societies – including the ones that leave her feeling warm fuzzy or morally superior – then you are just another useful idiot.

If she can’t connect the dots for something so simple as DEI or Immigration or the ample evidence of Muslim aggression (just ask the raped girls or Christians in Syria) then she’s doing nothing other reinforcing the concensus.

There is ONLY ONE philosophical position that can exist in opposition to Globalism – that is Nationalism. If someone can’t even hold the idea that any aspect of Nationalism might have socially positive outcomes, then you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

The90kwbeast

Agreed

Stewie

Sorry for the rant – people like her shit me as much as “Rage Against the Machine”, basically a punk tranny band imho (despite some admittedly punchy earlier songs, when I was more of a socialist and less of a nationalist)

Gruppenführer Mark

I’d agree with you re: Muslims, trans and immigrants. These are social groups that compete directly with Australians on a personal basis.

Countries, however, are a different cattle of fish. I personally do not view China as a threat. Yes, we have a lot of trade with them, but recall how quickly China dropped Australian products (WA especially) after a brilliant political move by ScoMo blaming them for COVID. We need them way more than they need us. There is no money for China in Australia, too hard to occupy and control.

Russia, I have no idea how they can be a threat. We are nowhere near their zone of influence or interest .

USA, on the other hand, can be a threat by dumping some future problem they may create, say, in Taiwan, and dropping it on us, like Ukraine is being dumped on EU.

Stewie

Countries, however, are a different cattle of fish. I personally do not view China as a threat.

I won’t argue with you on your opinion of the countries you have listed as being a threat, some I agree, some I disagree.

My point is – everyone has interests. Everyone capable of being a threat is a threat.

Dude

I personally do not view China as a threat.

I want some of what he’s smoking.

….after a brilliant political move by ScoMo blaming them for COVID.

I’m no fan of ScoMo, but I seem to recall that he simply suggested an international enquiry into the origins of Covid.

A suggestion that was endorsed by 137 countries (including China) at the World Health Assembly about a month after ScoMo first floated the idea.

There is no money for China in Australia, too hard to occupy and control.

Nope…I think I’ll stick to my own smokes now….that other stuff is just way too powerful.

As of 2021, the Chinese diaspora in Australia numbers 1.4 million, accounting for 5.5% of the population,1 a figure that continues to rise.

In addition to laying claim to the entire South China Sea, and decorating it with militarised artificial islands, China has extended  its commercial interests from the Solomons to Darwin, and just finished construction of its fifth Antarctic base – which just happens to be conveniently situated due south of Australia.
Getting stuffy in here, isn’t it?

As to money in Australia – I’ not sure the Chinese would come here for our money, but they’d be really interested in our iron ore, natural gas, uranium, bauxite, gold, rare earth minerals, and the like.
Not to mention a massive, sparsely populated and exploited land mass.

…..like Ukraine is being dumped on EU.

I would be the last person to exonerate the US over its involvement in Ukraine.
However, I seem to recall that one Boris Johnson jumped on a plane quick smart when Zelensky was about to sign a peace deal with the Russians, only to have the deal fall over just after Johnson arrived in Kiev.

Karma’s a bitch.

Russia, I have no idea how they can be a threat.

On that we can wholeheartedly agree.

Stewie

Yeah he had some amusing posts – even the EZFKA twitter account seems to have closed down

Roger Dodger

Yeah there are a few i can’t say we’ve heard from lately – e.g. Drago.

I notice that Agent47 now writes over at Noticer News. e.g.
https://www.noticer.news/foreigners-destroy-australian-policing-standards/

There is a Tim Matheson over there too – could he be our “Timbo”?

Thinking was back to the “other place” there were also posters like AnonNL (Dutch dude) and Lord Dudley who had merit but sheez but I’m glad some never rocked up here…

Stewie

Good to see Agent47 getting some more readership – his comments as an insider to Vic Pol were always worth considering. Drago seems to come and go, having long stints here and away (maybe he works in Antarctica?). I think Timbo is someone else other than Tim Matheson.

What you raise is really important. The loss of community and what ill add to that is the loss caring and kindness. My closest mate is someone ive known for 42 yrs since i was in pre school. Lived across the road as kids we took very different paths and didnt see each other for 15 yrs whilst on different paths.. But feels like blood relation, i dont see that with others today and dont expect it, noting we were mates and our dads were mates.. (also had a local boys catch up few years ago , i came away from that bbq thinki g there is a connection between us all, you could feel it, in previous generations we probably would have been shipped off to war together. Contrast that to today i feel relationships are transactional and you got to dodge the bus, rather than have know brother from another mothers got your back.

OzCuck

Maybe that’s the weakness. That we need some sort of big time religion instead of a handful of policies.

Such a big deal about getting your end into a 4/10.Gross.

OzCuck

Thats because I’m retarded not because of religion. Noone wants to go back to being shamed because they ain’t married by 25. There is simply no need for a big population anywhere.

We need some sort of liberal bogan fascism. Thats why all the immigrants want to live where the bogans are at. Because it’s the only places on earth that haven’t been shitted up.

Stewie

Liberal bogan fascism just doesn’t work, firstly because they are opposites, secondly because if it did it would have emerged and been sustainably adopted long before now.

Liberalism is basically the personal freedom to do what you want without care, it places the individual above society.

Facism is the complete reverse, it recognisies that every individual is dependent on society so it places society above the individual. Consequently individual rights and freedoms only exist to the extent that they don’t actively undermine society.

Last edited 13 days ago by Stewie
OzCuck

Seems to me WAP was basically bogan fascism.

A constitution and a few lines that says no usury, no house prices above x.

Stewie

Some truth in that, but also it goes to show that you can’t maintain Facism light – because without the constant vigilance of having state entwined with culture, and the reinforcement and policing of those values eg Australia for the white man, it allows for the opportunity of social termites to enter and start undermining it…. only took 50 years, since that toxic Jew Triguboff and the rest of his tribe like Markus Andrews to escape into general population and to bring us undone.

Nemesis

Aint that the truth – I’m not sure what these childless over 40s do with their lives. If haven’t done what you wanted in your 20s or even 30s…and no kids?? Sorry, you’ve lost at life!

OzCuck

Fuck loads. Books, media, tv, vidya, exercise, shopping, travel, chores and shit.

That’s debatable whether or not I’ve lost I’m not presenting my kids with retarded house prices and being a second class citizen in his own country.

OzCuck

>all the difference to your outlook
I don’t think so, from what I’ve seen people don’t change for shit and are still who they were in their high school years. Boomers are notorious for it but the same applies to gen x and millenials.

Ive always been a nationalist sympathiser and I still am even though I probably won’t have kids, and I don’t even particularly like most white people anyway because one thing the jew is right about is that most of them are very much goy. It’s just the principle of it and I fuckin hate people getting rich with little to no skill at the expense of others.

Stewie

What a crock of shit in regards to the so called ‘explanation’ as to the fake terrorist attacks in Sydney.

So let me get the story the msm is disseminating straight… a Sydney underworld figure, Sayed Mohammed Moosawi who no one had previously heard of, and who is currently in jail for a number of other crimes, has used his criminal network to organise a whole heap of other extremely high profile crimes that were always going to lead back to him, in order to gain leverage over the justice system in order to get a discount on his existing crimes.

…and the msm expect us to swallow that hook line and sinker? Honestly that is the biggest crock of shit I have ever heard.

BUT now that the msm has set the narrative, the mystery is solved and we will probably never revisit this topic ever again (ie it is in the process of being memory holed).

It is not as though some foreign Govt (ie Israel) is going to have a whole heap of leverage over a shit eating rag head criminal from the middle east who most likely has family in Palestine or Lebanon…. no, the blame is gunna stop at the bikes.

Honestly the msm serves no function in Australia other than lube for Zionists and the business lobby in ramming cinder blocks of bullshit into the arse of every Australian.

Lord K

Thanks for the extended answer, Robert. I am not sure how we can regain the community we used to have when it has been wedged apart by over population and the work till you drop, dog eat dog society we now are forced into, just to get a roof over our heads.
I moved regional in 2014/15 to place that had avoided the capital city schmozzle I had been in for decades. One key factor was affordable housing and the “vibe” that being surrounded by friendly Anglo’s with nothing much to worry about brings. I went to an open party at the RSL not long after arriving to send off the long standing and successful manager who was moving on after re-partnering again with a 20 year younger miss who was bearing his child. Apparently, he had bedded a few in town and everyone loved this bull of a man. Free drinks flowed and everyone was happy. I knew this was a place I could grow to love.
I found out that the town was offered the university that became Southern Cross in Lismore. The clique that runs the joint said no. At first, I thought this was a mistake. I have since changed my mind. I had considered Lismore and has that turned out to be a bullet dodged. The “diversity” crowd hold little sway in this town where people are judged on what they do, nothing else. Indigenous and early settler, all seem to get on. The big problem now of course amongst the young is ice. What a scourge that is. Facebook photos of troublemakers appear and then the miscreants disappear.
My uptake is the big cities are lost. Any young person should ensure they have skills that are popular in the regions. Naturally health or trades will see the dollars roll in to pay off that tiny by comparison mortgage. Young families abound and I see that it is much more doable than in the big smoke. I can’t see a messiah or prophet coming to lead us out of the wilderness. They would be set up and pilloried before they gained momentum. Probably bribed too as very few these days seem to be able to say no. Cleanskin politicians are near non-existent. The religion side of things is here but it’s for the oldies I feel but there is ethics ingrained into the young. Sport binds this town more I feel, like so many others
Some final anecdotes. My friend just moved out of Brisbane and into my place temporarily after being made an offer a tiny apartment she couldn’t refuse. She was in the CBA last week when a dude came up to the counter. He placed $1200 on it and stated someone had left in the ATM, obviously distracted or just reckless. He went on his way without another word. At my gym and pool, men leave their day clothes or bags in the change-room, with phones and wallets inside. Totally out of sight. I asked about this to the long- term supervisor and he said he never heard of anything being pinched ever. This is the community I live in and I like it. Though he did warn me of one my new acquaintances, whom he said had knocked out many people in the past. My new mate obviously likes me and we’ve shared many a beer, maybe because I know how to fit in and not fuck people over. Unlike the chancers arriving on planes every day.

robert2013

Sounds lovely but I doubt it will last. I’ve driven across Australia a few times in the last few years and see Indians in servos everywhere. If you want to keep your town for the locals, you’ll have to find ways to defend it.

I also cannot see a prophet leading Australia. Australia is done. But I can see one leading a small but growing number of people, operating below the radar.

Stewie

Yeah – Indians are like Fire Ants, sadly they have started to spread to our rural areas and will be nearly impossible to evict.

trumps administration is coming across as impulsive and unhinged to me. nothing he is doing is making any sense and he is vindictively punishing his allies and reneging on promises, causing unnecessary volatility and instability in the global economic system. albo was right to call him out in his recent speech. the anti-woke “seed oils” garbage is impressive to retarded right wing knuckle dragger types but its a veneer for the real agenda.

Everything he’s doing is making sense if you tune to Trump Logic: It’s a show foremost, fluff around the politics.A Jerry Springer of politics. No real punishing of allies past the professing, but then US does not have allies at all, only major and minor serfs.
Albo… a meak nation found its meak leader avatar. If he said Sun rises on the East, it’s probably worth checking. Anything he has to say on anything is chicken shyte. Aus will have to import another 700k immigrants to offset Trump tarries on Aus…. wait for it

I’m fairly satisfied with what Trump is doing in respect of dismantling USAID and his ending the war in Ukraine. I also think the he’s doing okay in regards to his apply tarrifs and the global instability it is causing.

Personally I think much of the angst he is causing in terms of ‘disrupting the economy’ and harming the stock market has more to do with activating female neurosis in our media and decision making superstructure.

One of the consequences of increasing female representation in our decision making narrative is an increased aversion to present sacrifice, even if it leads to Future gains. Aust’s obsession with avoiding a recession is an example of this, so many BAD decisions to avoid recession and I see much of the hyperventilating in the media about the economy and Trumps impact in carrying out what I frankly see as necessary reforms, to be an extension of the same aversion to present discomfort.

Where I am in agreement with you is in respect to Israel and the cotton gloves he’s using to handle them. His proposed solution for Gaza is frankly bizzare and must have had Netanyahu jizzing in his pants.

That Trump’s election was designed to have the apperance of a genuine voter revolution has been something that has been gnawing at me for some time:

If you want a 4D chess level conspiracy style theory (one which I may not necessarily believe), then here you go.

The Deep state now want Trump elected because they have achieved their objectives with the Ukraine, and Biden and more to the point the wilder elements of the Democrat party went off reservation and started attacking Israel…. Now that the Deep State has achieved its outcome in the Ukraine, in terms of using a Jewish led Ukranian Government to attack Russia, the US can return to its primary mission – defending Israel. The Ukrainian War was only a side quest.

So while I am still broadly positive on Trumpy, I do have some concerns.

stagmal

he’s not ending the war in ukraine. its all been backflipped on now, the guy is just impulsively flailing wildly and flopping on his positions every 5 minutes, theres no art of the deal here its just a really old, impulsive man whose political decision making is swayed by his emotions and whoever hes angry with at the time

ive interacted w narcissists irl, they really are like this, just super unpredictable and will flip and change their positions every 5 minutes, you cant hold them to anything

Well he’s certainly making more progress on ending it in weeks than Biden has in years. It was always going to o be an unwinnable war and can be included in the list of lost conflicts the USA either directly participated in or indirectly supported.

A Fly In Your Ointment

Only Leftards thought he’d really stop.

stagmal

no a lot of rightards thought he would too, thats one of the reasons some people voted for him

Nemesis

nah they voted to get rid of illegals and the overarching woke shit – nobody gives a fk about slavs

stagmal

“some people voted for him”

“some”

biggest motivating factor for ppl voting for him was inflation for the record, which i already stated up in my previous post

“his mandate to remove illegals and reduce grocery prices (what he was elected for) “

check this post out that did an analysis on this:

Dude

Sorry Stags – the majority of Trump supporters wouldn’t be able to find Ukraine on a map.

And I don’t mean that in a derogatory way.

stagmal

they dont need to, ukraine has become a sticking point for a handful of angry rightards, not an important number but definitely vocal loudmouth tucker carlson follower types you see on twitter and the like, and that was what motivated some of those people in the election

foreign policy obviously is never a principal voter concern ofc

Because of the proposed ceasefire…

Gruppenführer Mark

No progress has been made. Sure, US and Ukraine met and has a chat. 30 day ceasefire is on the table. Putin has said and has been consistent in his message – ceasefire is not of interest.

Hot air and talk.

stagmal

russia is not going to negotiate, if they’re smart anyway

u.s can never be trusted again

The90kwbeast

I’d argue the discussions that have taken place now to at least attempt a ceasefire have done a lot to progress towards peace more than the $100b of weapons supplied into a war that could never be won.

Dude

I think that there is more method in his madness than you credit:

“The whole secret lies in confusing the enemy, so that he cannot fathom our real intent.”
― Sun Tzu, The Art of War

Trump is at war with a system that has dug some very deep trenches over very many years….digging it out is going to be a messy business.
Best not to focus too much on the method but more on the result.

A Fly In Your Ointment

Trump is trying to flip baked in loss of Biden’s proxy war during his term into a fluff of “we brokered peace” which will essentially be whatever Ruskies agree to.
TDS mob and leftards can’t fathom that the war is lost. Vietnam, Afghanistan, Ukraina… His streetwise negotiation methods are that extra cringy bit for them

Dude

The rest of the Western world has stated repeatedly that they would support Ukraine “for as long as it takes”.

War without end.

By breaking with that misguided philosophy, Trump will have indeed “brokered peace” if he succeeds.
Extraction of the US from yet another misguided adventure is, for him, a welcome collateral benefit.

Regards his methods – you are correct – western populations have been so transfixed with baby-faced, smooth-talking snake oil salesmenpersons that they have totally lost sight of how things are actually resolved in the real world.

Trump has simply lifted the curtain so we can see what normally doesn’t make the cut with the MSM.

Russia is wasting no time in terms of making the most of it, they’ll be outside Kiev again by September imho, even if the US has resumed funding it.

they wont be near kiev if the funding resumes at the same rate its been pumping, only way ukraine is going to lose long term is when they run out of manpower (assuming funding continues), which ive said repeatedly before, wont happen before maybe 2028

Bang on as ever Stewie.
The new Trump regime is more the people around him where his appointments have been excellent.
Its obvious that the USA was on a path to destruction and had to change or die, just like Japan after WW2 knew its warlike nature was going to lead to its end. For the USA it was debt and debauchery.
He is fallible and will no doubt let us all down in many ways but if he can get people to realise that its actually fine for the economy not to grow for the sake of QoL, the return of jobs and a return to family values it will save the whole western world. Can he take down the globalists? He must.

Stewie

I hope so, but I do have a small fear at the back of my mind that he’s just controlled opposition for the real elites…. the Zionists.

The ‘Swamp’ that Trump hates is like a Social Golem that had been crafted by American Democrat Jews to achieve their Tikkun Olam objectives – neutering white culture, promoting MultiCult, all that harmful social shit that is basically them implimenting their own cultural values and ideas about what is ‘good’.

These policies are ‘good’ from a Zionists point of view, because it ‘does harm’ to the Amalek, but the process was starting to run wild, empowering Palestinian demonstrators, threatened funding to Israel, limits on their ability to act – basically the only positives that I can think of out of the Biden administration.

Trump could simply be the controlled opposition they have sent in to kill their Golem and cement their power and influence. Christian Zionists like the Sec of Defense or the VP are as big a problem as Anthony Blikens.

Anyhow time will tell, as I said above I am fairly satisified with what he’s done so far, but not in every aspect, especially in regards to Zionists and Israel.

bigduke6

Its certainly a strong possibility what with almost every US presidents grandchildren now jewish (look it up – only Barron Trump will be free unless they are lining up a princess for him).

Such an absurd question can only be answered by referring you to a previous post in which I said:

you’re assuming he is really attempting to do that in the first place and not just flailing from position to position. he was one of those responsible for arming ukraine to the teeth in the first place.

Here’s the paper outlining the theoretical framework for what Trump’s people are trying to achieve with the tariffs.

https://www.hudsonbaycapital.com/documents/FG/hudsonbay/research/638199_A_Users_Guide_to_Restructuring_the_Global_Trading_System.pdf

No way Trump has read it.

Stewie

While currency offset can inhibit adjustments to trade flows, it suggests that tariffs are ultimately financed by the tariffed nation, whose real purchasing power and wealth decline, and that the revenue raised improves burden sharing for reserve asset provision

I know the theory and agree with truthful assertion in that statement, that the costs are born by the nation imposing the tariff, and the likely diminution in national income.

The thing that this assessment doesn’t discuss though is the income redistributive effects – tariffs imho help redistribute wealth from the top to the bottom, by increasing salaries of those in the industries who benefit from them.

Just has the removal of tariffs was barely noticed or impacted most people, but massively increased the wealth and spending power of a certain section of the population – generally the more wealthy, the reintroduction of tariffs will imho have the most impact on the wealthy.

Most people exist nearly 100% within the service economy, the earn a wage, pay rent, buy groceries, get haircuts, provide care (payed and unpaid). Buying a washing machine is something that occurs irregularily, if the average person pays 40% more for it, when it creates jobs and onshores skills, so what?

For Australia though the issue is would reintroducing tarrifs actually accomplish anything? Given that successive Govts have overseen our manufacturing capacity fall to 6%.

Of much more importance imho in terms of Australia’s economy and the question of nationalistic trade policies, would be the re-introduction of commodity export boards, the broadening and review of Royalty payments.

Personally one idea from Cameron Murray that I have always liked, is making companies bid at an auction, for the rights to export minerals – like our gas. How much tax would you pay in order to export X tons of coal, gas, iron ore, etc. Those who live buy the free market, should die by the free market.

JimsCentralBanking

Miran does mention that the removal of earlier tariffs enriched the wealthy. Implicit in that is tariff reintroduction should lead to some redistribution. A potential obstacle to this would be the shift toward automation, which might mean that any wealth creation in manufacturing, which would have traditionally helped the working class, actually ends up flowing to capital.

I’m with you on the path Australia should take. The linked paper’s recommendations are all contingent on reserve currency status

Stewie

I’d agree that Trumpkins don’t understand that you can’t run a Tariff program AND maintain a reserve status currency – but if that is another step Trump inadvertently takes towards ending that privilege then so much the better.

JimsCentralBanking

But that’s exactly what the path laid out in the linked paper is theoretically supposed to do.

Trump wants USD as reserve currency AND elimination of the twin deficits. Trump either hasn’t heard of Triffin’s dilemma or thinks it’s nonsense.

Miran and the rest of Trump’s economic advisors are well aware of the problem, as is made clear in his paper, and they’ve attempted to chart a path forward that fits Trump’s wants. It’s very narrow path with so many variables that I think it would be pure luck for it to succeed, but it’s good to know the theory behind what they’re trying to achieve.

The erratic way Trump has implemented the tariffs already deviates from the theoretically ideal implementation, which was a slow introduction that increased tariff rates over time.

I think one thing the paper underestimates, because it’s written from such a US centric point of view, is the FU factor that is going to play out from allies and enemies.

OzCuck

Milkshake theory guy might have an argument with you, ie everyone gets the dick and US is last.

Gruppenführer Mark

They ought to do a debt jubilee. Que hyperinflation, dollar crash, wash, rinse, repeat. Won’t happen, though, as banks will be in shit and no bailout will save them.

Stewie

One of the biggest rules in most religions (which is where our ancestors stored their most important wisdom) was limits on Usury and debt – they understood that debt very quickly becomes lifetime debt bondage…. one of the biggest evils of fiat currency systems is that it allows credit to be preserved forever.

Gruppenführer Mark

Yes, agree with this 1000%. A good thing (relatively) that fiat currencies always fail, the question is, how long do they last.

From memory, an average is ~35 years, but I stand to be corrected. USD, being a de-facto reserve fiat currency of the world, has had a good run since 1971 (severed gold link) – 54 years so far.

All fiat currencies fail in hyperinflationary scenario that inevitably arrives. So, from standpoint of the real assets, even with debt attached, this could be a win, although, as the saying goes, “markets can remain irrational longer than one can remain solvent“, or something to this effect.

I am viewing with great interest the whole Trump crypto talk. This very well could be an iteration of the long-rumoured way to get the US debt under control – an introduction of a dual dollar system (or whatever it is really called, can’t recall). An internal dollar for use within the country, and an external dollar for use outside. Former will have a greater purchasing power for those earning and spending inside the borders, latter will be heavily devalued to pay off debt. Of course, all fully secured by the “5th fleet”. Not sure how this will work, but crypto in Trump’s world can be a substitute for the external dollar, which will then see its value crash, and voila! US is debt-free and foot-loose again to MAGA.

Not sure what this will mean for AUD, as we are a commodity currency.

I read about the crypto US$ vs paper in the similar fashion where crypto backed by US gov will be the new reserve and in fact all Trump does is in the direction, to set the playing field. I am somewhat intrigued by the apt name of a gov agency DOGE having the same name as yet-another-crypto. In fact I’m hard pressed to buy some 8nnhooe it may be the chosen one.
Second best bet to me is Tesla shares being pummelled now. Leftlibtards are gloating but that dip can only be transient. Tesla is the only US car manufacturer which has some appeal outside US (except Aussie boganmobiles) and he will protect Tesla harder than Aus fov specuvestors in RE.

Not smart enough on crypto to comment further, but… what’s an “8nnhooe“?

On Tesla, I think you might be taking a wild punt. Their fan-base and consumer base in USA (and elsewhere in the western world) were, in fact, libtards. Now that Musk has “sold out”, they are dropping Tesla, but the “redneck” Trump supporters are unlikely to embrace Tesla and replace their favourite pick-em-up truck.

Tesla sales in China are dropping as well, partly because politics, partly because China has a lot more competition and better value from domestic manufacturers.

But I hope I am wrong and you make lots of money, as I have no dog in this hunt.

Asian academics Mu and Soong working at Australian uni claim that importing 200+K foreign students per month has no impact on housing scarcity.

This article even quotes a Chinese invader saying that foreign students struggle to find places to live in Australia, which seems to deny the point of the article.

At this point, they’ve gone beyond taking the piss, and are now shitting in our mouths.

800k currently here is not 200k new students per month.

No means to check if it is staged or not, for the fun sake I will pretend it is real.

A fly in your ointment

A fly in your ointment
