Property price values are tipped to soar in Ryde, after it was revealed by Ryde City Council that Indians had been using parks as open air toilets.
Property lobby group Sydney YIMBY has tipped values to rise over 20% as the ancient Indian practice of street shitting becomes normalised in the area, adding much needed diversity and vibrancy to the area according to a local spokesman.

With people transitioning at an earlier age, I think these days most can’t tell at a glance – I know if I was shown the first cover image I wouldn’t be able to tell without already knowing. With Sports Illustrated failing, I think the the promotion of obese models has had a much worse effect on declining sales as visually it’s not in keeping with expected beauty standards. While people might pick up and read the copy with the trans model, they’re more likely to walk past and ignore the one with the obese one.
