Subprime governments?

Last week, Japan’s 20 year bond auction failed.

https://www.ig.com/en/news-and-trade-ideas/japan-s-bond-market-turmoil–understanding-the-causes-and-global-250521

The pressure on JGBs has been going on for a while. Big JGB buyers like local insurance firms have reported big paper losses:

https://www.insurancebusinessmag.com/asia/news/life-insurance/japanese-life-insurers-report-major-bond-valuation-losses-536925.aspx

The government got yields to fall a bit by promising to issue fewer bonds, but if they do that, then won’t that mean that debt isn’t rolled over?

https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/bonds-rally%2c-dollar-rebounds-on-japan-debt-plan%3a-markets-wrap/89415649

I don’t understand all of the links in the chain in detail…but I can feel the people moving to the edges of their seats ready to run for the door. Maybe the government and BOJ will figure it out….but what if they don’t?

Dogboxes may finally boom

LSWCHP

My guess is the the Japs are fucked, bigly.

Meanwhile, there’s been an interesting development in France.

A recent survey has shown that around 80% of French women want the army deployed to sort out Muslim invaders bullshit.

https://jihadwatch.org/2025/05/news-from-the-front-the-migrant-hell-in-france

As we all know, women run society. What women want, women get.

Women wanted the mass invasion of western societies by foreign, mostly muslim, savages due to their solipsism, empathy hacking etc. All of the “They’re not dangerous, they’re in danger” bullshit was from young, liberal women. What women wanted, women got. Now, the women see the danger they’ve placed themselves in with all the black rapists and killers everywhere, and they’ve changed their minds.

If this is the real deal, then it signifies the start of the turnaround of the islamic invasion of Europe. Once you have lots of white women public saying they’re unsafe and demanding that the savages be removed, the savages absolutely will be removed, for varying definitions of “removed”.

Stewie

80% is a good start, but it is and always has been the last 20% that have been the real problem – the 20% of control freaks that BD6 estimates to be out there.

These Schoolmarm’s gatekeep the social narrative, and set the female agenda – it is because of the leadership and inspiration of this 20% that women always end up back in hijabs.

Lavrentiy Beria

I wonder what percentage of that 80% of French women that want the army deployed are going to join the army, or do they feel entitled to outsource that dangerous dirty work. While they vote for wars and start fights they have no skin in fighting. And then claim they are for ‘women’s rights’. Anything that encumbers labour on someone else isn’t a right.

Bigger Neater

The Japs have been fucked (economically speaking) ever since their asset bubble went pop in the late 80s/early 90s. Instead of letting private institutions go bust, the government jumped in and piled on mountains of public debt, thus creating the Lost Decades and zombie economy that Japan has had ever since. And then Western economies did the exact same thing in 2008/09.

This is all a gross oversimplification, and probably somewhat inaccurate, though.

LSWCHP

Seems like a pretty good take to me.

That being said, “fucked” is relative. Unlike the anglosphere and western europe theyre not ruled by narcissistic traitors and they’ve been able to keep out the pakistanis, indians, Africans and other sewage, so societally they still seem OK.

Maybe stasis vs perpetual growth is not such a bad strategy after all, as long as stasis actually means the conservation of your civilisation.

A fly in your ointment

[Jap gov was] able to keep out the pakistanis, indians, Africans and other sewage

Lol “keep out”

Dya mean
“did not invite them to knowingly fake study with a promise of a pathway to a citizenship whilst original immigrants swallowed the hook and sinker of the it’s for your own good silly“?

The90kwbeast

I completely disagree

Do you want infinite growth and societal replacement, big inflation, lower living standards, houses impossible to buy, a Ponzi economy

Or what Japan has?

The90kwbeast

My initial reaction is if you have bond yields going from less than 1% to 3%+, in an environment of inflation at 2%, what’s so wrong with that?

And what idiot insurers and banks were buying bonds paying sub 1% to start with? They deserve to rack up capital losses from what are obviously terrible investments in

The90kwbeast

My pleb take is this is a storm in a teacup and if anything is probably a welcome uptick in yield and inflation normalisation for Japan

robert2013

You’re making sense.

I think the concern was that if the gov can’t finance itself, coupled with falling population and being the world’s largest creditor nation, with interest rates rising, the carry trade would unwind, the currency would have to rise as money came home, making Japanese exports uncompetitive.

Ramjet

Mrs Watanabe will move onto the next investment which would probably not be local.

Jim Bianco stating 5% long term treasuries will be normal

The90kwbeast

For the US with inflation at 4% or whatever it is and not going anywhere anytime soon again I would have thought that 5% is pretty reasonable

Lavrentiy Beria

5% is pretty reasonable. Unless you have a perpetual cut the rates narrative to sell a newsletter/blog.

A butterfly farts in Eswatini, cut the rates.

Ramjet

Short term maybe, but not long term. The credit agencies will have to start downgrading US debt given how budget repair keeps getting ignored. My guess is it will happen before the midterm elections and/or before the presidential election because orange man bad or something like that.
Suffice to say is that 5% long term is wishful thinking. Also note ZeroHedge has a lot of commentary on US bond auctions. Most go well, but some not quite as well.

Ramjet

Insurers generally buy long dated bonds to match the durations of their claims with their assets in a mathematical process called immunisation. So I don’t believe they are idiotic for doing this particularly when government bonds are the only bonds in the market with required durations.

As for banks holding these bonds, they have not learnt a thing since the implosion of Silicon Valley Bank.

The90kwbeast

What benefit is there for insurers buying bonds at 1% though? Isn’t it picking up pennies in front of a steamroller?

Ramjet

Not much except for the fact they are probably the only long dated bonds available.

Roger Dodger

Might it simply be that a guarantee of “capital-preservation in a nominal sense” is what’s desirable (presuming the bonds are held to term)?

Smug Harvard president taunts Trump in commencement speech
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14762433/Harvard-president-Garber-Trump-commencement-speech.html

Harvard President Alan Garber smugly taunted President Trump as he congratulated students from ‘around the world’ graduating from the prestigious university.

‘From around the world,’ he repeated for emphasis. ‘Just as it should be.’

Students erupted in cheers and gave Garber a standing ovation as he gave the address during Harvard’s 2025 commencement.

Garber told graduates they should ‘expand our thinking and change our minds in the process’, and said his ‘hope is that you stay comfortable being uncomfortable.’

You don’t even need to do an early life check. You just KNOW.

robert2013

Central planning has never delivered the goods and never will.

A fly in your ointment

It is debatable.
Central planning is usually wrongly linked to soviet of chinks commie central planning which was coupled with a massive admin and endless delay. Juxtaposing the two will never give a realistic, critical view point.

To this day I still don’t understand how productivity is defined and measured

The90kwbeast

https://www.pc.gov.au/what-is-productivity

There are so many averages in this nonsense I don’t know where to start

The distribution of who receives what benefit from productivity is totally missing in their data tables. Looking at statistics like this is meaningless because there is no such thing as the average Australian worker it is so broad and skewed by the distribution of the dataset, and how that dataset has changed over time.

im pretty sure its value added / labor hours

note that when there’s no actual market product and thus no “output” to measure, its just wages / labor hours

thats why public sector jobs tend to have lower productivity per hour, bc the wage input is the ‘productive’ output and that tends to be lower than the value of private sector product or service output

This story is a microcosm of the West.

Brainwashed woman with a misplaced maternal instinct invites mindless savage into her home and the obvious thing happens.

A woman was battered to death with a mallet just days after taking in a homeless man, a court heard today.

Prosecutor Peter Ratliff said the victim had only met the alleged killer, Apapale Adoum, 39, three days earlier.

The court heard that Ms Adams had invited him to stay with her, but later wrote a note to ask him to leave.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14798613/Homeless-man-battered-Good-Samaritan-death-mallet.html

Unfortunately, here in EZFKA, we haven’t even got enough brains or guts to write the note, let alone take the required action. We need a Trump, but there’s no-one like that here. EZFKA is 99.9% pussified.

We’re staying at a really nice hotel at Bright in Victoria after Falls Creek over the long weekend. We’re doing some walking here, and just got back to our hotel, where we were greeted by a female cleaner bursting out of one of the rooms in hysterical tears. I asked her if I could help, and she calmed down and said “Bloody Indians have trashed the room…its absolutely disgusting, I can’t believe what they’ve done and I have to clean it up for the next guests. And when the left they just dropped all the garbage from their car in the car park. They come here for a better life and treat our country like this, I hate them”.

And there you have it. That’s how they behave, that’s how your average white person feels about them.

There were hordes of the bastards at Falls Creek too.

That poor distraught woman is not the only one who hates them.

LSWCHP

The cleaner just knocked on our door, apologised for distressing us and gave us a bottle of very nice wine.

They’re going to give the pajeets a “do not allow these filthy bastard to book at your hotel” review on the booking site they used.

LSWCHP

On the way out we passed the cleaner, muttering and swearing as she worked on the trashed room, and she said “have a look in the kettle”, which was on the floor outside the room.

Inside the kettle was a yellowish slurry with cardamom pods and what looked like other herbs and stuff. They’d tried to make some sort of coconut milk and vegetable curry inside the kettle, and fused the element so that it was buggered.

Evil, destructive, psychopathic bullshit, not giving a stuff about the place they were staying at or the people who worked there.

OzCuck

I used to live in an apartment block with some sort of spastic Indian. Every time the he opened his front door the stair well immediately reeked of what was probably curry mixed with shit. This was a 3 story stair well with about 9-12 apartments. He clearly rarely if ever bathed because one time I was behind him in the supermarket queue and he also reeked of BO.

But I have also seen a whitey fill out one of those big news agencies with a long row of magazines with BO.

Dude

We live in the region and visit Bright fairly regularly, primarily for grocery shopping at the local Woolies.
It has been interesting to observe the changing composition of the winter blow-ins over the last 4-5 years.
It has progressively changed from predominantly Anglo to a significant Asian and Indian component.
Whilst the Asian numbers seem to have stabilised lately, the Indian presence appears to have markedly increased, and not just in the winter either.
You no doubt saw the new subdivision located at the western entry to the town:

 https://www.realestate.com.au/news/victorias-best-kept-secret-luxe-new-alpine-residences-in-booming-high-country-region/

When this subdivision is completed and populated I suspect that there will be a significant change in the demographics of Bright.

Masses of pajeets at Falls Creek for the start of the season. Dunno why, none of them can ski. Just disgusting blobs of bearded darkies (all men) hanging around the retail area jibbering to each other.

One of my mates is a big wheel in the Victorian ski industry, and he said they’re actually trying to encourage more of them to come to the resorts, because they’re a wealthy target market.

I hope that doesn’t pan out, because if they do that then the pajeets will corrupt everything, as they always do. Short term gain will produce long term pain.

Indian diaspora, VFR and implications for inclusive and sustainable tourism
A preference to travel in friend groups or family units (most often with three generations) is strongly linked to a deep cultural sense of collectiveness and the importance of shared experiences. Many hosts and their VFR guests are not necessarily seeking to visit regional Victoria, rather it is the pull of the ‘must see’ attractions drawing them there and the surrounding region is coincidental. A sentiment exists that regional Victoria is not quite ready to welcome tourists, with many reporting challenges with limited food options and language support, as well as difficulties with navigation and transportation. Despite this, a number of regional locations were considered highly that offer a distinct proposition (e.g., Puffing Billy in the Dandenong Ranges) or a scenic landscape (e.g., Victorian Snowfields).

https://search.informit.org/doi/epdf/10.3316/informit.T2025053000009290636250671

Note: Took me a while to work out that VFR means “Visiting friends and relatives” 🙂

the arborist

regional Victoria is not quite ready to welcome tourists, with many reporting challenges with limited food options and language support, as well as difficulties with navigation and transportation.

As usual, all the problems are whitey’s fault – never the invaders.

We have to change to provide them with language they understand and food they like to eat. It’s insidious.

This happened with the Chinese wave and now the Indian wave. Just how many languages and cuisines are we supposed to master?

The cucked capital cities have all complied with the elites’ mandate. Now it’s time for the regional areas to follow the excellent example.

The ‘solution’ to this ‘problem’ is for the invaders to move in permanently and set things up for more invaders. That’s what our superiors want to happen and are indeed achieving. Dilute everything indigenous until there’s nothing left but a disunited diaspora of random coloured people from shithole countries – eventually making the west even shittier than the invaders’ own countries. Because diversity is our strength, or so we’re told.

I know Peachy’s place is supposed to be about economics, but economics doesn’t exist in a vacuum. You can’t understand economics without understanding the socio-political forces shaping its foundations. It’s like African villagers trying to build a helicopter or a space program. There will be zero success without understanding the basic physical forces – and the basic forces are beyond their comprehension.

But never mind. Just invest in Bitcoin, bro.

Peachy

Correct, robert.

the biggest difficulty is getting enough.

Ramjet

Just do the opposite of Embee. How long has DLS been writing the article about CBA being a bubble? Maybe if he read their investor pack he may learn that CBA banks two thirds of the migrants. So they got an easy 1m new customers in Albo’s first term. Yes, overvalued, but won’t pop until immigration is substantially cut which ain’t going to happen.

Peachy

Hey arborist, I think that you’re getting it now – investing in bitcoin is one of the best things you could do. Higher interest rates don’t really dent it, lower rates and QE are going to make it rocket even harder.

the arborist

The best thing you can do is to wake people the fuck up and make them see how things really are.

Investing in bitcoin is good only in terms of personal enrichment. What happens after you’ve accumulated a pile of bitcoin?

Never ever visit Victoria over the school holidays or long weekends. It is crowded with rude and selfish people. Go outside of these times and ensure you are over two hours drive from Hellbourne.

Yes. First scenario. Israel has nothing to lose.

A fly in your ointment

Depleted uranium is the new non-nuke nuke.
Check bombings in Balkans and cancer galore

LSWCHP

Possibly, but I doubt it. Besides which, worrying about Jews and Arabs killing each other is like worrying about the wetness of water.

And further to that, even if there’s a nuclear exchange, it will be local. The Americans won’t attack Russia or China over this, or vice versa. So if there’s a bunch of nuclear detonations over various middle eastern cities l’d call that a good start to a civic improvement program.

The90kwbeast

I come back to again, just think of the refugee migrant intake from Iran we’d be up for in that scenario

Albo would welcome in 50k of them under humanitarian reasons all riddled with health issues and help logjam our housing, social and Medicare system even further

Gruppenführer Mark

Nuclear can alter life in the rest of the world to a great extent. 20% of global oil supply goes through the Straight of Hormuz.

Plus at the rate Israel is using its Iron Dome, other rockets, they may deplete their supply quicker than Iran.

And then there is Samson Option, where lots of other countries may be hit. Bibi has nothing to lose.

So yes, I do have genuine concerns.

Peachy

From what I read, it seems that Iran is pretty much done. Number of reportedly launches declining over time.

unless they can dash to create a bomb quickly (ie israel has left its run too late), they have lost.

Reus's Large MEMBER

I think they may have the ability to still mount a nuclear attack, it could be that they have weapons outside of Iran already, perhaps not missiles but other devices. I think that the US is going to be targeted, for sure the Biden administration allowed terror suspects / sleeper cells to infiltrate and by design too it appears.

Peachy

think they may have the ability to still mount a nuclear attack, it could be that they have weapons outside of Iran already, perhaps not missiles but other devices

I think that the likelihood of that is pretty remote. If they have already built a bomb (or have collected the material to do this), it would be hidden in the deepest underground facilities, not sent somewhere else for safekeeping.

but in that situation – israel left their run too late. This is unlikely in itself – their spies seem to be very very good.

Reus's Large MEMBER

Yes Mossad is very good, it was just a general feeling I had from the way that things have gone of late, or it could be a opportinuty for a false flag event.

Gruppenführer Mark

Undoubtedly, same sources that told you Russia was losing, are telling you that Iran is done, their rocket supply is almost spent, Iron Dome is impenetrable, and Israel won.

Riddle me this, then. Why are there three air carrier groups being concentrated in the region, Trump is considering getting involved, Israel is openly calling for assassination of Ayatollah, bombers are in Diego Garcia, and massive refuelling aircraft just got transferred to the region from US?

Peachy

Undoubtedly, same sources that told you Russia was losing, are telling you that Iran is done, their rocket supply is almost spent, Iron Dome is impenetrable, and Israel won.

yes, same sources, I am consistent

Let’s be fair – they don’t say Russia is losing. But it is quite clear that they aren’t really winning. Sustained 1m casualties over 3 years facing a much weaker opponent… not exactly a blitzkrieg.

as to the other bits
— yes irans usable rocket supply is low (rockets + functional launch infrastructure)
— iron dome not impenetrable, but quite good
— Israel hasn’t won, but is clearly winning

Riddle me this, then. Why are there three air carrier groups being concentrated in the region, Trump is considering getting involved, Israel is openly calling for assassination of Ayatollah, bombers are in Diego Garcia, and massive refuelling aircraft just got transferred to the region from US?

carrier groups and refuelling aircraft are in the area to create a credible threat – so other folks (Turkey? Uzbekistan? China? I don’t know) don’t get involved, so Iran itself is more inclined to surrender.
trump might get involved because he wants the glory of sharing in the victory. Plus “they” say that US has heavy bombers and heavy bombs of a kind that Israel doesn’t field, but which would be handy in reaching some catacombs. A few sorties in order get to wear the victory crown? Attractive deal.

assassination of the ayatollah is because Israel always wanted a regime change, and ayatollah didn’t take the retreat path they offered and they’ve now got an excuse

it’s all simple

Peachy

But what do you think? That Iran is about to win if the us don’t get involved?

even if their missile stocks are not yet low (I think they are) within a week or two they will be.

israel will be able to keep pounding them so long as they have a supply of kerosene. Apparently irans airforce is a generation or more behind Israel’s hardware

What isn’t being discussed is how on earth Israel is able to amass an air fighting force of 100+ aircraft to conduct this operation 1500kms away in the first place. They are almost certainly getting significant US assistance via munitions, refueling, maybe limited use of airbase access etc.

The US are already very much involved just not directly.

CCP has been sending planes with rocket fuel to Iran, so they may not be out of missiles yet.

stagmal

why would iran need rocket fuel shipments, not exactly a place wanting for petrol

Gruppenführer Mark

1 million Russian casualties – you already got an answer to that ridiculous claim.

Iran running out of missiles… Well, I’m not a military expert, but consider this.

Your adversary attacks you. You know that they have this amazing Iron Dome. Air defence missiles are, by definition, finite, and it takes 2 missiles for each incoming, to make sure the target is engaged. That’s the standard operating procedure for an air defence.

So, would you launch whatever you got, best of the best, right away, or would you use slower/older models first to deplete the air defence? And ratchet the response up after that?

Israel went all in, and is now reeling from counterstrikes. And it has only been a week. And they lost a lot more than they were anticipating. A pattern with their prior engagements with Hamas, Hezbollah…

So now you have Israeli government calling for assasination of Ayatollah, prohibiting Israeli citizens from leaving Israel, and running to uncle Sam to bail them out with bunker busters, air support, weapons.

Yes, Israel is winning.

stagmal

Let’s be fair – they don’t say Russia is losing. But it is quite clear that they aren’t really winning. Sustained 1m casualties over 3 years facing a much weaker opponent… not exactly a blitzkrieg.

aren’t even close to 1m casualties, you’ve been reading too much ukrainian propaganda

real numbers are closer to: https://en.zona.media/article/2025/06/06/casualties_eng-trl

their opponent isnt ‘much weaker’ because its getting billions of dollars every year from america and nato, its as close as you can get to peer-peer conflict, even the relative manpower levels are about the same

russia will win only if it continues the war long enough for ukraine to run out of manpower, like ive told you guys a million times before, that will not happen until maybe 2028

That the councils and government covered up the systemic rape and abuse of young girls because they did not want to upset the Paki voters, there is to be a proper investigation into the whole thing, circa 250k girls raped and abuse over the last 30 odd years.

It’s possible that the 250000 count might be an underestimate.

There has been literally industrial scale rape and torture of young working class English girls by Muslim men across the country for decades.

Some of the court transcripts are grotesque. Young girls having their anuses burned with soldering irons, for example.

There was one particular case where a couple of perps were recorded, and the conversation indicated that one young girl who was causing trouble after being raped had been killed, put through a mincer and sold as kebabs.

The whole thing was covered up by British police, government etc in order to ensure racial harmony. British Labour has been totally penetrated, as it were, by Muslims, so they basically traded raped girls for the Muslim vote.

I thought everybody knew about this?

I flew into Ballina airport (BNK) this arvo, and the white taxi driver who picked me up had a fine old rant about Indian drivers on the way to my destination. He said there’s been a flood of Indians into the area, they’re taking over the local taxi business (among other things) and totally fucking it…incredubly dangerous drivers who fundamentally can’t drive to Australian rules and conditions resulting in regular crashes, and who scam their passengers with bogus fares etc.

None of that was surprising, but I was astonished that he was so casually open about his disdain for them. He clearly assumed that I was a white man of a certain age, and I’d consider Indians to be vermin, like he did.

Which I do of course, I’m just a bit more careful who I say it to, in these dangerous times.

My experience of Indians today.

Company I work for has excess old laptops. Last year some do gooder Boomer geezer does a presentation on a charity he organised for the old laptops to be donated to impoverished school children across various nations in the Pacific. Bunch of Indians see presentation and lightbulbs go off in their eyes and cogs start whirring.

Fast forward 12mths, Indians have set up a ‘charity’ to donate excess laptops to guess which country’s needy school children? India. So now they’ve set up an established pipeline to divert excess laptops which were going the Pacific nations to India instead.

Staff (majority women and weak chinned gamma-men) start oowwing and aaahing as though this was a wonderful example of genuine charity instead of another example of Indian ethnocentricity, sucking the resources and charity away from other needy groups in order to benefit their own.

I was so tempted to ask if their charity was going to supply any other nations, like Nepal or Bhutan or just schools in India. While I am sure the Co will still be shipping old laptops to the Pacific nations for a time (they have a lot of computers) once the original Geezer is gone, my guess is that the shit skin Mafia will be be the last ones standing and all the laptops will be going to Pajeet central.

If you think it will ever get better, remember the Romani of Europe are basically a bunch of Indians who migrated there 500 years ago.

But they speak ‘English’.

The90kwbeast

How good is the food!

The90kwbeast

It’s actually interesting speaking to Sri Lankan and Nepalese people who also have a fairly dim view of India and Indians. They are concerned about Mohdi and his power ambitions in the region, and are well aware of the sheer volume of the populace and the ability to overwhelm in time both their host nations with Indian migration, as well as the western countries they immigrate to.

The90kwbeast

India in a hypothetical could export 20m people to a variety of countries in the region over the course of the next few decades and there would still be 1.3b Indians whilst a dozen countries would now see significant shifts in voting patterns, assuming they are democratic, and their migrants on temporary visas go permanent.

Obviously this same concerns is increasingly being raised in the west.

It’s a bit like that episode of Stargate when the Aschen sterilise the women of planet earth covertly under the guise of curing all medical ailments, such that the Aschen can take it over within a century without ever firing a shot.

Stewie

Yeah – just like Israel none of their neighbours are particularly fond of them.

Reus's Large MEMBER

I grew up in a city which had the highest population of Indians outside of India at the time, mostly Hindu though, which are way better than the Mussies. Even still though, they were part of the reason I left that country, everything they do is s scam and a cheat, poor quality and zero accountability. Australia is going to be 3rd world country sooner than you can imagine if they continue to import them they way that they are.

stagmal

indians in aus are definitely not equivalent to the roma

Stewie

Yeah – not yet…. but they are an example of what happens when an endogamous group of Indians refuse to assimilate.

The real risk is more along the lines of 90KB’s observation in how they can encourage 20m Indians to migrate here and effectively take over Australia., without ever firing a shot.

Once that occurs, if civil disorder ever breaks out, there is no doubt as to who the Pajeets here will turn to.

stagmal

i dont know if theyll ever truly ‘assimilate’ though i dont think indians ‘assimilate’ very well anywhere because of ethnoreligious barriers, im just saying the roma are basically their own population at this point, theyre an enodgamous extended family (probably from punjab) that migrated into west eurasia a long time ago and became a scavenger people, theyre really similar to the irish travellers

they’re mostly not even south asian anymore, at least thats what it looks like when i see photos of them

remember that village at the start of borat that was meant to be in kazakhstan; that was in romania, and that was a gypsy village

indians that come to aus arent the high iq population that they are in america but theyre probably still smarter than the average indian, richard lynn thought india’s ‘real’ average iq was like 88-92 or something; my guess is the ‘indians’ that come to aus are like 1/2 a standard deviation maybe higher than that theoretical possibility, i just dont think theyre dumb or dysfunctional enough to cause a lot of social problems, which is what white nationalist types are seriously banking on

they mostly just seem like boring, mediocre people to me, theyre clearly not actually commiting much crime (ill bet their crime rates are actually a little lower statistically than legacy australians to be honest, or at least might be if you adjust for age and sex disparitieS)

The90kwbeast

The Aschen in Stargate were also boring people. “It’s like an entire planet of accountants” Jack O’Neill said

It’s all a long game being played of the ethno cultural takeover of Australia to be sympathetic to Indian interests, it’s honestly no better than the Chinese.

Mass immigration of any one race of people is always a disaster for the host nation.

stagmal

but aus migration isnt just one group, its like 50, everyone talks about indian migration but theyre only slightly more numerous tahn the chinese every year

nzers also huge

The90kwbeast

Sure. But the difference is India and China are both great powers and have a strong interest and ulterior motive in manipulating Australian society and moreover politicians to be favourable to their trade and political interests, as a result of importing their people. You can already see this with how compromised the ALPs response to managing China has been for example. Modi and Albo also signed off that ridiculous agreement last year.

The 150k Nepalese people here which is an insane number for the size of that country as a side note, I just don’t see their government having the same ulterior motive via their population exports because the host nation is a small poor country. If anything I’d suggest so many people have left Nepal now, Bhutan is also significantly worse, that it’s created sizeable brain drain issues for the host countries.

India and China also do not have that issue because they are so large to start with

stagmal

i think there’ll definitely be some of this

i’m not saying there won’t be problems or it should happen

i just don’t think it’s going to turn australia into a third world country like white nationalists are claiming

stagmal

also if you think about it, even taking wignat logic at its face value;

how does immigration affect the economic sensitive heritable psychological variables like IQ that they are fixated upon; if say indian migrants to aus have a lower genotypic IQ than white australians, how much does that just get cancelled out by all the other groups that migrate here like chinese (which probably have a higher av genotypic IQ than white australians), so you have to average them together to find out what the aggregate society wide impact would be on economy, society, etc as narrowly determined by iq alone all else equal.

this is what is happening in america, where lower iq immigration say from latin america is just being cancelled out by high skill higher human capital migration from asia etc. its why immigrant males to the u.s have lower (about 20-30%) crime rates than even ~~white american males~~, bc even though hispanics have higher crime rates statistically, asian males have lower, and that cancels it out, even with probable disparities in median age.

Import the third world, become the third world. It’s throwing a turd into the cauldron and hoping it’s absorbed into the mix, whilst instead the mix just keeps degrading. It’s somewhat harsh but common sense says importing people from shithole countries, specifically cultures that are shit, and hoping it works out isn’t going to improve anything.

in addition to the lack of suitability of Australia in the first place to take mass migration due to a highly centralised economy centred on the major cities exacerbates the disaster for living standards.

The90kwbeast

It’s the classic boiling frog analogy. It might not look too bad now but give it another 30 years when things have decayed and it’s too late and impossible to do anything about it

stagmal

Import the third world, become the third world. I

nah, this is too simple bc it just assumes 1) the third world is entirely the way it is bc of the people in it (partially true) 2) the people in the third world are all just the same, not varying populations with differential levels of traits between individuals (so migration from the third world doesnt necessarily “replicate” those societies in the places they move to). also assumes the ‘third world’ (outdated term) is this static, undynamic place; china was unequivocally what most would consider ‘third world’ decades ago, so was south korea, are they now?

doesnt mean itll be true (or as true) for other places of course, but economies are always changing, growing, accumulating capital and improving productivity etc, even with differential levels of natural human capital that complicate this process

even mismanaged basketcases like south africa and zimbabwe are wealthier than they used to be prior to black empowerment and rule, due to the endless and inexorable march of the accumulation of technocapital over time; and it will never ever get as bad as it in those places here, no matter what, bc we’re not overwhelmingly just not importing the representative citizen of those countries into australia in any meaningful quantity

At the turn of last century Argentina had the highest GDP and living standards in the world, then thanks to unfettered mass migration, mainly Metizos from the north and low IQ Europeans from the south of Spain and Southern Italy from overseas, it gradually transformed into the basket case it is today.

True, given the choice of Argentina or SA I would choose Argentina every time, but the damage that the open borders nuts (again jewish businessmen were some of the biggest lobbyists for these policies) transformed it into the gradually decaying, and highly unequal low trust society it is today.

Australia will very much decay as a great place to live and raise a family – it will become much more unequal, much more divided and much lower trust. Maybe it won’t end up like worst cases like South Africa or Brazil, but it will have made a marked move in that direction.

stagmal

argentina wasnt the 1st, it was about the 7th, and the reason it was relatively much wealthier back then was because it was an agriculture based economy back then when that actually mattered. what happened to argentina wasnt that it declined, it just didnt change because agriculture as share of economy became much less important relative to other economic factors, argentina was always going to fall behind the rest of the world when industry and services became more important relative to agriculture and argentina’s abundant agricultural advantages simply became unimportant. where did you get this claim (sounds nordicist to me) that argentina imported “low iq spaniards and sicilians” and that ruined it – argentina isnt even really that white a country because the people there have always been so mixed with its native population, i bet that was about as true in 1900 and true today. difference is back then it was less important because economies were less complex and much more based on primary resources and agriculture as % of economy and global economy, economies were simply less g-loaded in 1900 compared to 2025.

argentinas population back then was also less than 5 million – agriculture is a relatively fixed output resource (though output per hectare has increased with technological inputs) so value of ag output / smaller number of people = higher relative GDP per capita all else equal

note argentina is still a lot wealthier today in absolute terms – rather than relative terms – than it was in 1900 as well. see:comment image

again, i keep asking someone to explain to me – what is the average IQ of the indians that come here, no one actually knows this and i want to know this because it is relevant to all of these future questions. and if its lower (which i believe it is likely to be) than the mean white australian IQ, how much of this is cancelled out by the other migrant groups that we bring here. these are the relevant questions i made this point before in my other post but nobody is addressing it, and its a very reasonable and important one:

“how does immigration affect the economic sensitive heritable psychological variables like IQ that they are fixated upon; if say indian migrants to aus have a lower genotypic IQ than white australians, how much does that just get cancelled out by all the other groups that migrate here like chinese (which probably have a higher av genotypic IQ than white australians), so you have to average them together to find out what the aggregate society wide impact would be on economy, society, etc as narrowly determined by iq alone all else equal.

note for the record i don’t think australia should have **any immigration**, but thats somewhat of a seperate question to what i’m writing here.

also im starting to be convinced genetic engineering is going to be the future of demography, so im curious as to how much of this hbd stuff will even matter in a future of gene editing etc, but thats an entirely other and infinitely complex subject. could be the case that so-called hbd related issues become completely irrelevant in a future dominated by scale-economy delivered designer baby technology.

Stewie

I meant GDP per capita, and it was arguably one of the richest at the time depending on how GDP and purchasing power parity works – it was certainly richer than Australia.

Don’t really see the point about Agriculture, sure it was a more important part of the world economy back then, but unlike Australia Argentina had by far some of the largest industry in South America spread across the River plate. Unlike Brazil you didn’t have to first climb a massive escarpment to get to the main economic zone, and the broad rivers of the plate allowed for easy transportation.

True it did have a smaller population, but while we had the ‘white Australia policy’ protecting the interests of existing Australians, they had jewish businessmen encouraging massive immigration from both Spain and Italy, taking in vast numbers across the late19th century and early 20th century, under their own version of ‘populate or perish’.

It was from this population group that Peronist Politics of Populism emerged – immigrants, having moved to Argentina as economic migrants they were only interested in what Argentina could do for them… sound familiar?

Finally this low grade European population influx was still probably a positive supplimented compared to the massive earlier internal immigration following the War of the Triple Alliance that caused huge internal displacements across 4 nations.

I got most of my views from the time I spent there – about 4 months learning Spanish down there and in Bolivia talking to locals, and did lots of reading of the history as I travelled around. Buenos Aires is one of the most tragically beautiful cities I had ever visited with its splendid Avenues and decaying French terraced town houses.

I can’t really comment on your requests for specific IQ requests of Indians. I would agree that it is lower than average, and even it it were higher than I expect I still expect mean reversion to be more significant.

If the Indian mean IQ and the truth of the Bell Curve and standard deviations holds true, there are still more white geniuses in the US then there are in the whole of India.

also i dont understand how they can have “assimilated” when most of them have been here for what like, 2 years at most. what does “assimilation” even mean

The90kwbeast

Assimilation is realistically only fully possible with the second generation at earliest and it depends on the original culture if not specific family unit.

First generation migrants only ever partially assimilate, which is another reason why mass migration is disastrous for our capital cities.

If we moved to any non western country tomorrow for an amazing job, say India, even after 20 years you would still simply not identify as Indian.

Stewie

Yes – otherwise they are colonists.

The90kwbeast

Disagree. It’s cultural assimilation that is the key factor IMO.

Stewie

Cultural assimilation is ultimately through marriage – that is why ‘feuds’ were so often settled with marriage and why so many endogamous groups frown upon outward pairing.

There are a few factions within Iran and the Israeli’s and Americans main hope is to trigger a revolution like they finally managed with Syria.

However Iran is still in a far stronger position than Syria, so I am not sure how successful it will be. If the US becomes involved I expected (and hope) that the Iranians launch whatever remaining hypersonic missiles they have at Israel’s Dimon nuclear reactors and radioactively pollute and steralise the promised land for generations.

After they play that card the only ones the Persians have left are attacking the oil facilities of the other swamp arabs in the region to which jews are related – ie the Saudis. Not sure if they will do that as SA has apparently bought a couple nuclear bombs from Pakistan.

I hope the Iranians got down with a fight, maybe not to the last man, but certainly to the last bullet or missile.

Yeah, it’s definitely not the sort of thing the youtube algorithms push out to people. You have to dig deep to find the interesting stuff.

OzCuck

If they think you’re ‘alt right’ it will. I’ve gotten rid of a lot of alt right lite stuff like all the rebel news niggers that essentially operate for so called conservatives.

But yeah Miles is pretty funny.

the arborist

Good move. Rebel News is aids. As are many other right wing grifter channels.

stagmal

at least there’s a silver lining here; that grotesque marionette puppet jd vance is unlikely to ever be president now, and thank fuck for that

LSWCHP

What’s wrong with JD? He seems like a funny guy to me, and reasonably bright.

He’s certainly superior to any Democrat politician such as Gav from Cali.

stagmal

hes clearly balls in on this iran shit with the rest of them

Dude

It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.

Dude

I have a pet sheep who wanders around the place pretending to keep the grass under control.
Occasionally, in moments of peaceful reverie, I lean over the fence and have a quiet talk with him.
Over the years, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that he is infinitely superior to Gav from Cali.

whyalla is the only place left in aus you can get houses this nice at these prices

the arborist

True. SA regional has the double whammy of being both SA and regional so its doubly unfashionable. It’s weirdo shut-ins like Peachy subscribers who find the hidden gems. Also SA regional is dry as fuck, so that also scares people off. But Whyalla is big enough to be mostly viable while still being fairly remote.

stagmal

regime change has just been called for in iran

is it really happening now?

Dude

Seems like Sir Halford Mackinder might have been onto something in his 1904 article “The geopolitical pivot of history”:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Geographical_Pivot_of_History

Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland;
who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island;
who rules the World-Island commands the world.
— Mackinder, Democratic Ideals and Reality, p. 150

The Heartland Theory: More Relevant Than Ever? – Analysis (Dec 1, 2024)
Mackinder’s Heartland Theory remains highly relevant as it highlights the ongoing struggle for control over the region and all that it implies for the world at large. For freedom-loving individuals, the theory serves as a stern warning against the dangers of centralization and interventionism.

Regime change?…….bet on it.

the arborist

Naw. It was just Trump playing 4D chess again.

Another model immigrant picking up 11 year old girls online:

It’s s a small world, unless there’s someone else the same age with the same name in Canberra, this guy also killed a cyclist a few years back.

stagmal

r u shane richardson on twitter

canuckdownunder

Not on twitter is this guy worth checking out?

LSWCHP

I’m from Canberra, and the place is crawling with young black child molestors who can’t drive named Shegu Bobb. Could be any one of a dozen.

This is all about Australia legalising lab grown meat. My grandfather predicted this in the late 1990s. I thought it outlandish, yet here we are. The most cucked in the world. The comments section is pretty funny.

the arborist

Yep. Cuckstralia is as weak as its ‘leader’. If you want to stay healthy, get your protein from a local, anglo-saxon, non-halal butcher. It’s one of the best things you can do.

canuckdownunder

Judge in the Antoinette Lattouf case about to commit suicide.

Dude

This judgement, and others around the world, are beginning to expose just how far outside the law (you know, the rule-of-law about which we are so often lectured) the powers-that-be have strayed in recent times.

Yet another example:

In Major Free Speech Victory, Federal Court Overturns Germany’s Ban On Right-Wing Magazine
In a major win for press freedom, Germany’s Federal Administrative Court has lifted the Interior Ministry’s ban on Compact Magazine, which is published by Jürgen Elsässer. The magazine can now resume publication after dramatic police raids led to the entire publication being shut down last year.

If things keep going this way, we may just get back to the time when having an opinion was not considered to be a career-ending offence, or even a crime.
