Politically, economically, demographically, etc? Who do you expect to be in power, what do you expect housing prices to be like? Will inflation have subsided, or will it have gotten worse? Will there be immigration cuts, even say under a Labor govt? Will there be an exodus from cities and regional Australia will only have gotten even more expensive?
10 yrs from now will be like 10yrs before now. The numbers will change, there will be no one who is alive and breathing that is not a $ millionaire.
