- 50% CGT discount for assets held > 1 year gone except for new build properties from tomorrow. Buy assets you intend to hold long term immediately (today!). Assets bought after budget night will keep the 50% discount until 1 July 2027. After that, they will switch to inflation‑indexed CGT.

The exponential growth of knowledge is crazy to think about, from instinct, to show and learn in higher animals, to speech and oral tradition in early humans, to written knowledge, then printed, then digitial, to virtual knowledge in your hands or beamed into your eyes.
Thinking about the Bible as a means of transferring knowledge can really change your view on it and religion – from a means of cultural oppression (which is like how zionist overlords prefer us to view it) to simply a short cut to a set of values that can lead to a happy and meaningful life, as well as perpetuation said life and knowledge…. ergo the creation of the first Egregors.
